San Luis Obispo Family Photographer, Ava + Jill

One of the things I like the most about my business is watching families grow and evolve.  Often we will shoot the engagement, then wedding, and a few years later the babies start to arrive.  I’ve been photographing Ava since I lived in Santa Cruz, which was almost forever ago!  She’s grown into the most loving and sweet young woman.  Jill and Ava clearly share a special bond that only a mother and daughter could have.  Their shoot fell right during a time when I was exploring other mother / daughter relationships with my camera (which I still need to share here!)  Thank you to each of the families who over the years come back, again and again to my studio for your family sessions.  It’s a pure honor.
