Amber and Stefan … were a long time in the making. After 13 years together, their friends at Rava Winery suggested they have a impromptu wedding the day before a big concert, they took the plunge! Their wedding celebration was nothing short of fabulous and FUN. Stefan has been a musician his whole life, which set the tone for the day. With a wedding ceremony starting with a couple who walks down the aisle to November Rain, is destined to be entertaining!
Surrounded by family and friends, their children and musician galore, the wedding went off without a hitch. One of my favorite elements to weddings of musicians is the rotating band. I’ve seen this over and over, including musicians like Jackson Browne, to Matt Mangano (Zak Brown) to this one .. and others. They LOVE to play, they LOVE music, they LOVE each other. They rotate in and out of the stage, as needed, with every tune rocking the crowd. Rotating musicians of this event included band members from; Guns in Roses, Black Sabbath and Stray Cats! To add to the sweetness, Amber and Stefan’s niece – she was maybe 8? – got up and sang somewhat … a capella, OH MY GOODNESS, she belted out the most amazing pieces my ears ever did hear, with the biggest smile!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; Part of what is so special about my work is to be a witness, and capture, these monuments occasions in my client’s lives. Whether it’s a rock star event, such as this, or a simple elopement where I’m the only witness. It’s an honor, ALWAYS

What we LOVE about Rava winery … The space! There’s plenty of space for a larger group, to be inside, and inside means … air conditioning! Your guests can be cool and have fun. We also love their sparkling wine, it’s delicious and one of the only wineries in the Paso Robles area that produces bubbles!
